# Sharing & Access Control

### What this allows you to do

Control who can view, review, approve, and manage a project throughout its lifecycle.

### Managing Access

To manage sharing and access control, open the **Share** menu from within a project by clicking the **Share** button in the top-right corner.

From the Share menu, you can:

* **Add or remove users** from the project
* **Transfer project or revision ownership**
* Control who has access to the project
* Adjust general access settings, including making the project available to **everyone on your team**.

### Key Tips

* Ensure approvers have access before submitting for review
* Review access settings before sharing with operators
