### What this allows you to do

Finalize work instructions by placing them into a read-only, approved state before they are shared with operators.

### Review & Approval Workflow

After authoring is complete, instructions must be **reviewed and approved** before use on the shop floor.

* **Admins** can approve instructions directly by clicking the **review ribbon** in the bottom-right corner, submitting the project for review, and approving it.
* **Engineers** must submit the project for review and share it with another team member, who will open the project and officially approve.

### Approved State

Once approved:

* Instructions are **locked for editing**
* They can be safely shared with **operator accounts**
* Changes require a new revision

Only approved instructions can be consumed by operators, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper sign-off before execution.
