The Review menu shows the status of the current instruction. You can see when a work instruction was started, when it was submitted, and when an instruction was approved. Once an instruction is submitted for review it becomes **locked.** The submitter is able to withdraw the submission and continue making changes. The drafting engineer is the only person who can submit the drafted instruction for review, and other team members can approve the instructions. As a note, [team Administrators](https://dirac-inc.gitbook.io/dirac/how-to-be-successful-in-buildos/concepts/roles-and-permissions#administrator) may approve their own instructions. Once a project is approved, BuildOS creates all configurations of the instruction for [export](https://dirac-inc.gitbook.io/dirac/user-guide/review-and-export) and download.
