# Operator+

This will cover the core functionalities of Operator+

## What is Operator+?

Operator+ is an enhanced version of the [Operator Viewer](/operator-guide/operator-viewer.md) that enables operators to provide feedback on work instructions and capture traceability data, tightening the feedback loop between operators and engineers. Engineers can also define required data fields for Operator+ users to capture critical information during runs.
